Head Chef
Lead our culinary operations with a focus on creativity, consistency, and a deep respect for the Terai’s seasonal harvest. This role is about more than cooking—it is about shaping a philosophy on the plate, where every dish reflects locality, seasonality, and intention. You will guide kitchen practices that honor ingredients at their source, elevate simple food through thoughtful execution, and ensure every offering aligns with our commitment to sustainability and honest flavour.
Core Expectations
- Minimum 5 years as an Executive Chef.
- Ability to conceptualize menus using local Nepali ingredients.
- Thorough understanding of recipe costing.
- Calm leadership under pressure.
Professional Photographer
Create compelling visual content that brings the Brewstation story to life across marketing and social media platforms. This role focuses on capturing the essence of our space—its people, rituals, coffee, food, and slow philosophy—through thoughtful photography, video, and design. Every piece of content should reflect our identity: warm, grounded, intentional, and deeply connected to community and place.
Core Expectations
- Minimum 2 years professional experience.
- Editorial or travel-lifestyle focus.
- Expertise in visual narrative storytelling.
Front Desk
Ensure Brewstation’s hospitality is experienced at every touchpoint—from the very first message to the final checkout. This role is about creating a seamless, warm, and attentive guest journey where communication feels personal, service feels intuitive, and every interaction reflects care, clarity, and genuine presence.
